UWC Scholars

We want to be able to offer more scholarships to talented students around the world as we continue our journey as UWC East Africa. UWC (United World Colleges) makes education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future. These scholarships will be for the 2 year IB Diploma course for a boarding student. Our students and alumni also now gain the benefits of having become part of the UWC network.

UWCEA Scholars

The UWC East Africa Scholarship Programme develops the future leaders of Tanzania by giving talented local students scholarships to complete their International Baccalaureate Diploma.

Over the last 14 years we have offered two or more full scholarships to Division 1 Tanzanian students from the national education system each year.

The scholarships can cover a proportion or all of their tuition and boarding fees together with course materials and extra curricular costs. Additionally our scholarships students also participate in our well known outdoor pursuits programme.
