Dear UWCEA Arusha Campus Community,
It’s that time of year when we welcome the wiider Arusha and Tanzania community to our campus for the Arusha Christmas Fair.
The fair takes place in our car park and is a venue for thousands of people from all over the country who visit the eateries, vendors and businesses that have been invited for the weekend.
There will be some disruption to our usual routines while the fair is being set up. From Thursday, movement in the car park will be restricted and only one road to the Early Childhood end of the car park will be open. This will mean the road will become a two way avenue so please do not stop and park there. There will be extremely limited parking available on Thursday or Friday.
On Friday, there will be no access to the main car park and all drop offs will take place at the Secondary grass roundabout area. Smaller children in Nursery and EC will be met by caring Diploma students who will escort their littler colleagues to their classrooms.
We are sorry for the inconvenience but hope the enjoyment of the fair on Saturday and Sunday will make it all worthwhile.
If you need to visit Campus at the weekend for whatever reason please be prepared to buy a fair wristband at the cost of 5000/- (children) and 10000/- (adults).
