The highlight of this week was the PYP P6 Exhibition on Tuesday evening. This was an amazing event, which showcased the talents and enthusiasm of our students. After a fantastic stage performance the students demonstrated their learning and passions through individual presentations. Well done to all those involved, especially the mentors who guided the students through the process. Particular thanks go to Miss Amanda and Miss Rose, who have worked with the P6s over the past months and drawn out their abilities to such dazzling results. Congratulations to everyone.
Next week the student councils of primary and secondary are joining forces to organise a spirit week. As part of this students will be asked to come to school in theme dress each day:
Monday 13th May – Twin day (dress the same as someone else)
Tuesday 14th May – Back to front day (wear your clothes back to front)
Wednesday 15th May – Silly hair day (the wackier the better)
Thursday 16th May – Swap day (swap clothes with someone else for the day)
Friday 17th May – Pyjama day
Parents should note that all clothes should be suitable school attire (respectful and suitable for school activities, including PE). Students can come in regular clothes (school uniform in primary) if they are choosing to not wear the spirit week clothes.
